Do not do more than one lesson in a day (there are three or four lessons on each DVD). After each step in a lesson, stop the DVD and make sure your child "gets it" before moving on to the next step. When they have mastered a lesson, let them show their friends and other family members the cool thing they have just learned as this will give a boost to their self-esteem.
